THE 25TH ANNIVERSARY OF AVIELEN A.G.(press release)
On the 27th of April a press conference coinciding with the 25th anniversary of ZAO AVIELEN A.G. was held at Airportcity Plaza hotel in St. Petersburg.

All speakers emphasized the success of the AEROPORTCITY, St. Petersburg project in their welcome addresses.
Erik Seiler told the audience that Airportcity Plaza keeps its leadership among business hotels in the city. Andrey Kanivets mentioned that other company projects are also on demand on commercial real estate market in St. Petersburg. Apart from that, the CEO of ZAO AVIELEN A.G. informed that construction of a multilevel car-park for 445 parking units on Bykovskaya ulitsa (street) - the last project in process - had been completed.
The shareholders, members of the Executive Board of the Austrian Warimpex holding, confirmed that they intend to continue investing in St. Petersburg.

"We proceed! We keep on investing in St. Petersburg, we continue development of the area close to the airport and we are happy with the results. We have not decided yet what exactly we are going to build there. Maybe a number of business ¬centers or one more hotel. We will be guided by the market demands."
Up till 2035 ZAO AVIELEN A.G. plans to build about 130,000 m2 of commercial premises at the MFC "AIRPORTCITY St. Petersburg". Another hotel might be built. In general, the company owns 3 hectares of undeveloped land. Decision of the company management and shareholders on the launch of new construction will depend on the market behavior over the coming years.
At present four projects have been completed and are in use: Zeppelin, Jupiter-1 and Jupiter-2 business centers, Airportcity Plaza hotel.
The press conference at Airportcity Plaza hotel was followed by a ceremonial event in celebration of the 25th anniversary of ZAO AVIELEN A.G. and the 5th anniversary of Airportcity Plaza. The corporate party was attended by journalists, sponsors, businessmen and representatives of the city administration. In total, 250 people got together. The guests competed for the prize - accommodation in hotels of the best European cities, as well as for the gifts from the sponsors. Airportcity Plaza pastrymen and chefs presented a cooking show. The party ended up with a gig of BIlliy's Band, St. Petersburg jazz musicians. The band presented its new album.
In the course of the ceremonial party the top managers of ZAO AVIELEN A.G. and Airportcity Plaza hotel made speeches. They personally thanked the audience for perfect joint cooperation over the past 25 years and expressed hope for further successful and effective cooperation.
