AVIELEN A.G. is a two-time winner of CRE St. Petersburg & Federal Awards 2016
AVIELEN A.G. company won at once in two nominations of the professional contest CRE St. Petersburg & Federal Awards 2016. The company became the developer of the year, and Zeppelin business center won in the nomination Best A Class Business Center. The winner in each category was chosen by a panel of experts.
A Plus Development and PNK Group companies were struggling for the developer of the year title, as well as AVIELEN A.G. company. By the opinion of experts, the company won due to the construction of the second stage of AIRPORTCITY Saint Petersburg Multi-Functional Complex, one of today’s most up-to-date projects.
Zeppelin business center was also acknowledged in its turn the best A class office project. Senator business center in Kropotkina Street and Flandria Plaza business center were other nominees for this title.
Andrey Amosov, leader of the office of JLL company in Saint Petersburg, believes that it was the well-thought-out strategy of positioning the facility in the market jointly with the quality of the construction and the planning solutions required by the market that allowed Zeppelin business center to win. Generally, according to an expert, the key factors in the evaluation of the facility were its compliance with class A building characteristics, the well-thought-out strategy of further development and the reputation as a developer.
"This is the most up-to-date office building and generally the most innovative developer facility in the city today, – says Anastasia Pekutko, Commercial Director of AVIELEN A.G. – the European development is observable in all things, starting from the design to the engineering and green technologies. For instance, the building is equipped with a double-facade system with multifunctional glazing and intelligent automatic louvers. By the expert’s opinion, the facility is distinguished from the competitors by its being the first instance of a "built-to-suit" in the A class market for a long time already. The company hopes that the success of the facility will help resume the format which is no more in the market.
Zeppelin business center with the area of 15 thousand sq.m. was built in 2014 within the project of AIRPORTCITY Saint Petersburg Multi-Functional Complex in the vicinity of Pulkovo international airport. The developer of the project was AVIELEN A.G. CJSC. Zeppelin office building was 100 % leased to Gazprom OJSC as early as the facility was being put into operation due to its modern architecture, energy efficiency, and functionality.
CRE Awards, the most prestigious prize in the sectoral community was established in 2003 on businessmen’s initiative. Presently there are Moscow, Saint Petersburg, and Federal Prizes of Commercial Real Estate Awards.
The best facilities in each category, such as office, commercial, industrial, hotel, multifunctional real estate, become participants, and professional prizes are also awarded. The winners are selected in two rounds: the first one is through on-line voting comprising 20 members of the panel of experts, and the second one should necessarily include not less than 25 % of the panel members’ personal attendance.
